Great For Clean-up - Excellent In Building Phase Until End

Culbertson's did an excellent job and there are no concerns regarding clean-up.
The building/restoration process went very well until the time came to begin to correct portions of the build that needed correction. I must preface that the crew were always professional and did a good job. It seems there is a communication problem from things needing to get done and the scheduling of those jobs to fix problems or complete the total work (garage, storage room, etc.). Another example was being told their was no room in the attic because of the trusses for flooring, when in fact there was room and we had it done at our own expense.
Again, it appears a disconnect between communication and completing the job. Another example is the painting of the garage floor started in May and still not completed, as there is a major problem apparently getting the correct paint that does not come up immediately. There also was some disconnect with the contracted electrician in not getting desires correct and also the fans in the two back bathrooms are not very efficient. There are some other minor things that need repaired, which we know happens when you have a new house built as things settle or accidently get forgotten about. I do not think the communication disconnect is at the crew level, but at the higher level.
Except for the above, which is of some angst, overall DAECO has done an excellent job and again, the crew doing the work has been excellent (Gregg, Raul, and others, etc.). And, we would not hesitate both Culbertsons and DAECO in the future, in spite of the above. And as an aside, Penny is an absolute delight and also worked very hard.
